We offer refunds and exchanges for any accidental purchases or schedule changes.
CyberVista and Kaplan North America will accept for refund up to 30 days from the date of purchase of any 180-Day Exam Preparation (Online + Download) or Practice Lab products. No exchanges or refunds will be granted for any other products purchased for delivery via electronic download, except under the terms and conditions of our Pass Guarantee. Our 30-Day Assessment (Online Only) are not eligible for refunds. Our professional education online courses are available for refunds within 5 business days from purchase. A 10% cancellation fee applies.
All electronic exam vouchers are non-returnable and non-refundable. They must be purchased through CyberVista customer service, where they are purchased on-demand from the vendor, as they have set expiration dates. Vouchers take 3-5 business days to be fulfilled.
CyberVista and Kaplan North America will accept products for exchange up to 60 days from the date of purchase if their access has not already expired. No exchanges will be accepted for products purchased for delivery via electronic download or certification vouchers. The customer is responsible for any difference in retail price.
Terms and Conditions
CyberVista does not offer refunds or exchanges if you have completed your study plan and/or passed the associated certification exam. Exchanges and refunds do not apply to subscriptions, eLearning, eBooks, Office 2010, 2013, or 2016 products, or test voucher purchases.
A cancellation fee of 10% is applicable to all returns. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges.
