Extension Policy

If your course has not yet expired, you can purchase a 30-day extension through your Learning Management System (LMS) or by calling customer service at 866-963-9316. The effective date will be based on the day that your course will expire.

Please review the online extension terms and conditions before ordering:

• Extension must be requested before your access has expired.
• Your extension may take up to 2 business days to be granted.
• You can only purchase one extension per product.
• Extensions cannot be purchased for Practice Tests, Practice Labs, or eLearning Training Course products.

Reminder: Not all companies that have partnered with CyberVista, now N2K allow extensions to your educational materials. If you are unsure if you qualify for an online extension based on your company’s policy, contact your administrator to confirm before purchasing.
